Rnunes Soccer Academy is the most innovative Soccer Training Service Company. Its philosophy and method began many years ago with Rodrigo Nunes.

Rodrigo Nunes was born in Brazil and grew up in a true soccer environment. His father, Flamarion Nunes played professional soccer for twenty years, accomplishing the dream of playing for the Brazilian National Team as well as playing with the famous soccer legend, Pele.

Rodrigo’s older brother, Cristiano Nunes, also played professionally and today is one of the most known of the Brazilian soccer strength and conditioning coaches worldwide.

Rodrigo followed the same path and went through all levels of soccer in Brazil and reached the professional level at the age of nineteen. In 1998, he received a full soccer scholarship from Sacred Heart University, a Division I program in Fairfield, Connecticut.

With such experience, Rodrigo knows exactly what it takes to develop a child in a way where he or she will learn, enjoy and appreciate the game. At the same time, Rodrigo has the vision that a child must understand the importance of excelling in school as well as in this beautiful game called soccer.

Rnunes Soccer Academy began with two teams in Weston, CT in 2003. Today our academy provides coaching service for over 40 teams in the Southwestern Connecticut area as well as providing the service for Rec, Rec Plus, Travel and Premier Soccer Programs.

In addition, Rnunes runs summer and winter programs in various towns. Its staff consists of certified professional coaches who share the same vision and passion for the game as Rodrigo Nunes.

Rnunes’ staff not only teaches children how to play soccer but also how to succeed in groups where teamwork and mutual respect are the main tools.

Rnunes soccer Academy is also involved in:

• Social humanitarian programs abroad to help children with various needs.
